We make dispatching processed orders a priority, so that you are able to receive your products speedily and as cost effective as possible.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Once dispatched, a unique tracking number is sent to your mobile phone to track the expected delivery date and time of your parcel.
We offer a 24 hour telephonic customer support number for all customers for peace of mind.
Domestic Rates
Flat rate – we charge our clients a flat rate for delivery, to your door, anywhere in SA.
Courier Estimated Delivery Time :
Masterglam uses ONLY reputable courier companies with a national footprint to deliver your package safely and securely. Since deliveries are done nationwide on a daily basis, delivery times vary. Delivery takes between 2 and 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At Masterglam, we take pride in ensuring that all our products are of the highest quality at the most reasonable price.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product on receipt, we will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount minus the courier costs for the return. This amount will be refunded to you within 7 days once the unused goods are returned to Masterglam. Alternatively, customers may opt to exchange their products (within 7 days) for any of Masterglam’s product range of equal value.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@masterglam.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will ensure that you receive a call back within 24 hours of your complaint.
