At Home Tech Beauty is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled across our authorised franchise network.

1. Purchases Through Franchisees

At Home Tech Beauty operates through authorised franchise partners. When you make a purchase from any At Home Tech Beauty franchisee, your purchase is considered an official At Home Tech Beauty purchase. The same refund standards and policies apply across all franchise locations to ensure a consistent and fair experience.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or exchanges may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or faulty upon receipt

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The incorrect product was supplied

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, along with proof of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Used or opened beauty devices or skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Products purchased on clearance or promotional sale, unless otherwise stated

4. Condition of Returned Products

Where a return is approved, products must:

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be unused and in resalable condition (unless faulty)

At Home Tech Beauty reserves the right to decline a refund if these conditions are not met.

5. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible

  • Alternatively, a store credit or exchange may be offered

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by At Home Tech Beauty or the relevant franchisee

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, where applicable

7. Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved change-of-mind return must be requested within 7 days of purchase and the product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa or any other applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact At Home Tech Beauty or the franchisee from whom the purchase was made, using the official contact details provided on our website. Proof of purchase is required.
