At Home Tech Beauty is committed to delivering high-quality products and a consistent customer experience across all authorised franchise locations. This Return Policy explains how returns are handled for purchases made through At Home Tech Beauty and its franchise partners.

1. Franchise Purchases

At Home Tech Beauty operates through authorised franchise partners. When you purchase from any Home Tech Beauty franchisee, your purchase is considered an official At Home Tech Beauty purchase. This Return Policy applies uniformly across all franchise locations.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or faulty

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The incorrect product was supplied

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product and must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of purchase

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

At Home Tech Beauty reserves the right to decline change-of-mind returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Used beauty devices or tools

  • Clearance or promotional items, unless otherwise stated

5. Condition of Returned Products

Approved returns must include:

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components

  • Products in resalable condition, unless faulty

Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be rejected.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact At Home Tech Beauty or the franchisee from whom the purchase was made using the official contact details on our website. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect supply, return shipping costs will be covered by At Home Tech Beauty or the relevant franchisee

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

8. Inspection and Resolution

All returned items are subject to inspection. Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • An exchange

  • A refund or store credit, in line with our Refund Policy

9. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not limit or exclude your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
